At LDJ Fitness, our experienced pad holders provide tailored 1-2-1 Boxing and Thai Boxing sessions for all abilities, from complete beginners to amateur fighters.

 

Each session combines pad work, technique, drills, and boxing-specific strength and conditioning to help you improve your skills, fitness, and confidence.

 

Whether you're looking to learn and refine your technique or simply enjoy a great workout, we'll work with you to get the most out of every session.
