LDJ Fitness is run by 2 experienced coaches with a contagious passion for fitness. We specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Running, Hybrid Training, and Thai boxing and Boxing.

 

Personal training doesn’t have to mean 1-2-1. Train with friends to share the cost, stay accountable, and keep it social. Whether your goal is to build strength, prepare for a race or event, or hit some pads, we tailor every session to suit your needs - at a time that works for you.
