JAMES WELLS

One day I decided to go out for a run and see where the road would take me. 15 years later I am now a Personal Trainer and proud owner of a great little gym. 


I am in love with Running, Thai Boxing, Grappling and Strength Training. Over the years I hope that I’ve helped all those who have trained with me to reach the goals we have set together.


I truly believe that training through exercise and physical activity is the key to everything. I train hard and expect the same from my clients: but if you're willing to put in the work, then you will get the results.

JUNIOR THAI BOXING

Running has been a massive part of my training throughout my life and during my career as a PT I've always encouraged my clients to run. To date I've managed to convince over 50 people to complete a 12 mile fell run with me.

Thai Boxing is a wonderful way to teach kids a new skill, as well as helping with their fitness and confidence. I've started taking some of the junior team to local interclubs to compete. They always do the gym proud.
