Fitness is forever, not just for January...
...But sometimes we need a little focus and commitment to get keep us going especially in the winter months.
Camp23 kicks off the first week of January and runs for 6 weeks. It's an opportunity to pick your own individual goals, then commit to the process with the support of Personal Training (if applicable), classes and your fellow peers.

Whether weight loss, building muscle or simply healthier eating
2-WEEKLY CHECK-INS
For 1-2-1 clients, to assess progress and lock in commitment for the next 2 weeks
HOW TO COMMIT
You're making the commitment to yourself - we simply provide the vehicle to support you in achieving your goals.
You may decide to combine classes with Personal Training, or attend only classes and do your own training alongside. Whichever route you choose, you will have the support of experienced trainers and other clients who are working towards their own goals.
Classes are suitable for all abilities and we are offering 6 week blocks of PTs for anyone wanting additional support.
