TEACH YOUR TEEN TO LIFT

Learn to lift weights safely and effectively

Our 4 week course is aimed at 14-17 year olds to help them get the most out of weight workouts, whilst staying injury free.

We love to see teenagers in the gym staying fit and healthy. But often we see them lifting weights without proper form leaving them at risk of injury, or drifting around without a set plan meaning they’re not getting the most from their sessions. 


Our 4 week course will cover the fundamentals of lifting. Using free weights, we will cover: 


  • How to perform key lifts 

  • Muscle groups and movement patterns

  • Safe and effective form 

  • How to structure effective workouts 

  • Plus they’ll get a good workout! 


Participants will also leave with workouts that they can do on their own.
