Each week, we run small group Strength and Conditioning sessions, capped at 5 people. No overcrowding, no getting lost in the group - just focused training, hard work, and real progress.

Every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 10am.

We can design and deliver tailored sessions for groups of 2 or more - whether that’s general strength training, run-specific training, hybrid training, boxing and pad work... or something else that you have in mind.
