No one session is ever the same, and you'll be training alongside a supportive bunch of people of all ages and abilities. All classes are available Pay As You Go so it's easy to come and experience the buzz.
HYBRID CIRCUITS
Strength and cardio combined for a great all-over workout

Set to banging tunes and disco lights, our small-group spin sessions are an experience not to be missed.
BOXING AND BODYWEIGHT
Boxing drills incorporated with stations using strength and cardio equipment.
TEACH YOUR TEEN TO LIFT
Weight lifting for 14-17 year olds
Our 4 week course is aimed at 14-17 year olds to help them get the most out of weight workouts, whilst staying injury free.
