CIRCUITS

Anything goes in Circuits: running, tyre flipping, weights, bodyweight... Guaranteed to be different every time.

SPIN

Set to banging tunes and disco lights, our small-group Spin sessions are an experience not to be missed.


Don't expect to always stay on the bike: some of our sessions involve jumping off the bikes to smash out sit-ups, kettlebell swings or other weight and bodyweight exercises.
